Contact the Service BC Help Desk if you have feedback or if you need help to:
- Set up the BC Services Card app
- Set up your username and password
- Get a BC Token

Before you call
- Check the user guides for help
- Check the website you're trying to access for help or contacts
- If available, get the following information ready for the call:
- The date and time an error was displayed
- Your BC Services Card serial number. (The number on the back edge of your card. It's under the bar code)
- A description of your problem, including the type of error you received
